We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in Italian cuisine.

As our Sous-Chef, you’ll work closely with our Executive Chef to create exceptional dishes that embody traditional Italian flavors while bringing fresh creativity to our menu. Your responsibilities will include managing kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, ensuring quality standards, and mentoring our kitchen team.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a supportive, dynamic environment where your skills and passion for Italian cuisine will shine.
